Applications for Payment / Interpret Construction Documents
Once the construction has started, Landes-Benson-Parkins
will periodically visit the job site to determine if
the work is proceeding in accordance with the Construction
Documents. Based upon those job site visits, we evaluate the
contractor's applications for payment and forward them to the
client with our recommendations.
During construction, LBP will interpret the
Construction Documents if questions or disputes arise. We also
review shop drawings and submittals for equipment and materials
to be used to insure they comply with the Construction Documents.
At completion of the project, LBP will conduct
an inspection with the client to determine if all work is completed.
A list of deficiencies will be given to the contractor for correction
prior to final payment.
